There are reasons why labels have been rejected by carriers; but take note that for Ezeeship, you can always reach out to customer service to further understand the reason. It might be as simple as changing a little information from your shipment.

There are different types of errors that may cause your labels to be rejected. These include:

  • Invalid recipient postal number/zip code

  • Invalid destination (city/suburb/postcode)

  • Invalid or missing element

  • Invalid or missing consignee phone number


For Ezeeship, there is no way to commit the errors above while creating an order since there is the option to validate the address to either the recipient and or the shipper’s. But you can also request to void the label created by doing so on the platform and our support would be there to take care of it.
