Monday, Dec. 21
Normal pickup and delivery service. This is the last day to ship UPS 3 Day Select packages for delivery on Thursday, Dec. 24.
Tuesday, Dec. 22
Normal pickup and delivery service. This is the last day to ship UPS 2nd Day Air packages for delivery on Thursday, Dec. 24.
Wednesday, Dec. 23
Normal pickup and delivery service. This is the last day to ship UPS Next Day Air® packages for delivery on Thursday, Dec. 24 with a UPS On-Call Pickup® service or prearranged, scheduled pickup, or by visiting a The UPS Store® location or a UPS Authorized Service Location.
Thursday, Dec. 24, Christmas Eve
Normal delivery service. Pickup service available only for Air and international Air* packages if prearranged by Monday, Dec. 21. UPS On-Call Pickup service and UPS Drop Boxes are available for Air and international Air packages. UPS Next Day Air packages picked up today will be scheduled for delivery on Monday, Dec. 28 (except those processed and labeled for delivery on Saturday, Dec. 26).

Due to the impact of the epidemic in 2020, the self-service selection and service for UPS holidays at the end of the year were timely modified as follows:
Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.
UPS Air and International Air
Scheduled delivery times for Air and international Air* packages scheduled for delivery Nov. 27, Nov. 30 - Dec. 5, and Dec. 19 - Dec. 31 will be extended as follows: UPS Next Day Air® Early and UPS Worldwide Express Plus® services will be extended by 90 minutes and all other Air and international Air services will be extended to end-of-day. As a reminder, UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice.
UPS Freight®
While service guarantees are suspended for most services, customers can call (800) 644-0900 to arrange guaranteed shipping through UPS Freight® LTL Urgent service.
